- Payment Information: Transactions are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (e.g., Zoho Payments / Razorpay). We do not store credit/debit card numbers or passwords.
2. Permissions & Device Access
- Photos & Media (System Photo Picker): Accessed only when you explicitly choose to upload a profile photo, attach screenshots of doubts/questions for faculty resolution, or submit homework assignment images.
- Storage & Downloads: Used to save offline study materials and PDF notes on your device.
- Notifications: Used to alert you about live class schedules, mock test results, and doubts responses.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, personalize, and improve our educational courses and mock test services.
- To issue course access and process payment receipts.
- To provide faculty support and respond to student inquiries.
- To deliver important academic announcements and exam updates.
4. Data Security & Storage
We implement strict security measures, including HTTPS/TLS encryption and secure backend infrastructure managed via Supabase and Firebase. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized administrative personnel only.
